These terms and conditions govern the use of IQS services and establish the basic framework that applies to our client relationships and service delivery.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IQS services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
IQS provides web and mobile development services, technology consulting, UI/UX design, and cloud solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials developed by IQS remain the intellectual property of IQS until full payment for the project is completed. Once payment is completed, rights are transferred to the client as agreed in the specific project contract.
4. Confidentiality
IQS commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the client, except when required by law.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the terms agreed in the project contract. Generally, we require an initial deposit of 50% before starting work, and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Warranties and Limitations
IQS warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and competent manner. However, we do not guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to Terms
IQS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after being posted on our website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.
